Founded 9/13/01, we are a covert agency set up by the Executive Branch with one mandate.
Use any means necessary to protect America and her citizens.
Our members are gleaned from all branches of military and federal service (including some not so legal)...and others with pasts they'd rather not share. We hand select men and women with unusual skills who make up the most elite black ops teams to walk the earth.
We are the last line of defense for America...and the world. We are shadow agents in locations all over the world who have no boundaries when it comes to a mission. And no support if we're discovered. You don't find us, we find you. We don't exist as far as our country and allies are concerned.
We are the modern day Spartans. We return with our shield or upon it. And we fight terrorism wherever it grows. Unfortunately evil isn't always found over the ocean. Many times it lurks in our own backyards.
Official motto: Veni, vidi, nates calce concidi.
Unofficial motto: Badges? We don't need no stinking badges.---Sherrilynkenyon.com
Well many of you know I'm a big fan of anything written by Sherrilyn Kenyon. I have been looking for the first book of this series, BAD Attitude, in hardback for a while and I finally found it at Half Price Books for $7. I was so happy! The other two, Phantom in the Night & Whispered Lies, I have had for a while but didn't read becase I don't like to read any series out of order. So now I finally have the whole series (until April when the next one is released) so I went ahead and put all other books aside and submerge myself into Sherri's and Dianna's world of sexy BAD agents.
I enjoyed this series alot but I also felt confused at time. I'm always little lost if there is a big conspiracy that has to do with government agencies, foreign countries, or espionage. It wasn't so bad in thses book and for those of you read these kinds of books I'm sure you won't have a problem. It just has to do with my mental abilies...LOL Boy that sounds awful. What can I say I'm just a simpleton. What I did get and I loved was the action, suspense, mystery, betayal, and love through out the whole series but I still like Sherri's paranormal series a whole lot better. Not to say these weren't fantasticly written books because they were I just prefer her paranormal romance novels. These books had very complicated plots. It was amazing really to see how deep Sherri and Dianna both got into these characters and stories. It definitly kept me on my toes trying to figure out who was up to not good.
Each book revolves around a different BAD Agent and I was not disappointed in any of these characters. They all have had something very tragic happen to them in the past which essentually has help them become better warrior against crime and injustice. The men and women of BAD are amazing, smart, talented, strong, passionate and very dedicated to fighting crime all over the world. These are heroic story you really shouldn't miss out on. Oh, and did I mention how sexy these books are. Yes, these stories are also full of sexual tention, lust, and hot bodies. I'm blushing just thinking about it.

J.D. Steele, a trained military sniper whose attitude problem landed him in prison, seems a good candidate for the job since he doesn't have many other options. But it turns out Steele doesn't take order easily -- not even when they come from an intriguing agent who has his number down pat.
As they're dragged deep in to a secret world of freelance killers, Sydney begins to discover the man of honor hidden beneath Steele's arrogant facade. It's a man even Steele didn't know he could be. But how can he fulfill his mission when doing so will risk the life of the only woman he's ever really cared for?--Sherrilyn Kenyon.com
