"Guess Who?" YA/ Tween Author Challenge Contest & Giveaway

How the Contest will work?

I have asked each author to answer one or both of these questions.
1.Can you please share one memorable moment that has happened to you since becoming an author?
Or
2.Can you please share 3 things about yourself that your fans probably don’t know?


Every Monday starting September 5th I will post an answer. You will have 6 days to guess who the answer belongs to. I will stop accepting guesses on Saturday midnight CST and reveal the identity of the author. This will happen every week. I will provide one hint and a list of participating authors to help you guess. You may only guess once in the form of a comment. The followers who guess correctly get entered into the lottery for that weeks prize. That means if ten followers picked the correct person, a winner will be drawn out of those ten. The winner of the lottery may pick one book written by that weeks featured author. Example: If the answer I posted belongs to John Steinbeck you may pick one of his books in which I will provide as that weeks prize. If you pick a book that is not out yet or if that week features a debut author who’s book is not out yet I will pre-order that book online and have it shipped to your address.

Now on to the GRAND PRIZE PACK!! As of right now this is what it will contain:

-$25 gift card for B&N

-Pride & Prejudice book and movie

-Signed copy of Twenty Boy Summer by Sarah Ockler

- ARC copy of The Julian Game and The Knaveheart's Cruse by Adele Griffin

The winners of each weekly contest will get 1 entry for the Grand Prize Pack automatically.


For those who did not win during the contest this is how they can earn some entries.


If you have purchased any book from any participating "Guess Who?" Authors I will give you 20 entries to the Grand Prize Pack#3. The receipt date must be from when the third round of "Guess Who?" started which is 9/5/11. I know some of you are purchasing these books somewhere and it doesn't matter where just email me your receipt and the 20 entries are yours.

Other ways to get entries is to spread the word!

+2 put the contest on your sidebar


+2 Tweet this contest(this could be done multiple times throughout the contest = +2 each time)

+3 Referrals( for each person you send over you get 3 extra entries. Make sure they mention your name)
