Reread Weekends

These post will be to inform you that there is a sequel that is going to be released soon (or a movie made from the book) and that you probably need to reread (or read) the previous book or books just to be up to date with the story when grabbing the up coming release.

I have never read this book (I know crazy right!) but I will go buy the classice today at B&N.
Alice In Wonderland the movie release date is March 5, 2010.
I'm going to watch this tomorrow and can't wait!

The Dead-Tossed Waves is the sequeal to The Forest of Hands and Teeth by Carrie Ryan (which I have on my shelf and can't wait to get to.) I have heard lots of good reviews on both books and will let you know what I think in just a few days.

release date is March 12, 2010.

Gabry lives a quiet life, secure in her town next to the sea and behind the Barrier. She's content to let her friends dream of the Dark City up the coast while she watches from the top of her lighthouse. Home is all she's ever known, and all she needs for happiness.

But life after the Return is never safe, and there are threats even the Barrier can't hold back.

Gabry's mother thought she left her secrets behind in the Forest of Hands and Teeth, but like the dead in their world, secrets don't stay buried. And now, Gabry's world is crumbling.

One night beyond the Barrier...

One boy Gabry's known forever and one veiled in mystery...

One reckless moment, and half of Gabry's generation is dead, the other half imprisoned.

Gabry knows only one thing: if she is to have any hope of a future, she must face the forest of her mother's past.

As many of you know I'm a huge Sherrilyn Kenyon Fan and love her Dark Hunter series. She has now made a Manga Series of the Dark Hunter Series which I have not read yet but will. This will be my first try at reading Manga so wish me luck.
This is the second book of the series, the first is The Dark Hunters Vol.1 (Kyrian)
released March 2,2010

Vampires getting you down? Call the baddest warriors in town: The Dark-Hunters.
They're mad, bad and immortal. Ancient warriors with attitudes who fight rough, and play hard. They are the scary things that go bump in the night. And they love every minute of it.

It's just another night on the prowl for vampires for Kyrian of Thrace when he meets the most frightening thing imaginable. An accountant. But Amanda Devereaux is much more than she seems. Hunted by one of the deadliest of vampires, Amanda is the key to our survival. If she goes down, so does he and no offense, he doesn't want to die (hence the whole immortality thing). And he doesn't want humanity dead either which is a good thing for us since he and Amanda are all that stands between us and oblivion. Let's hope they win.

The age on the manga is for 14 and

These are the books/movies I'm looking forward to reading/watching. Let me know what you're looking forward to reading.
