Hey guys! As you have probably already noticed I have been reviewing each books in the VERY addictive Moreno Brother Series by Elizabeth Reyes the last few days. Well the next book Making You Mine (#5) is not out yet but will be released any day now and it features the oldest brother Salvador "Sal" Moreno. Since we don't know much about him (yet) and I just couldn't wait any longer I built up the courage to ask Alex, Angel, Romero and Eric to give us the scoop on Sal. Take a look at the interview below and be careful not to drool on your keyboard ;) ENJOY!
Always in control, the meticulous and professional Salvador Moreno is thrown for a loop when the newly hired bartender Grace Zendejas suddenly invades his family’s restaurant, and infuriatingly, his every thought. For the first time in his life, Sal is fumbling. But after recovering from a few blunders he discovers his feelings for Grace run much deeper.
Things begin to heat up between him and Grace, but then the ever-perfect Sal does something even his brothers never did—screws up royally. Now he’s scrambling to cover up a mistake he knows could cost him dearly. As his relationship with Grace grows even more serious, Sal's secret is a ticking bomb, threatening to destroy the one thing he now lives and breathes for—his relationship with the love of his life—Grace.
1. What was Sal like when he was younger?
Romero spoke first. "An anal ass." *chuckles* He picked up a pencil and pretended it's was mic. "Is this thing on?"
Angel nudged him "Just talk, ass."
"Actually he was cool." Romero said. "A hell of a lot more patient than these two."
Alex frowned. "Who the hell has patience for you?"
"Sal's
always been a cool, guy." Eric said. "Very thorough and concise with
everything he does." He turned to Alex . "If you wanna call it anal so be
it. He just wants things done right. No short cuts for this guy."
The they all agreed with a nod.
2. Do any of you remember who his first crush was?
Romero is the first to laugh. "Man that guy didn't tell anybody shit."
His
brothers agreed with a smile and a nod. "Yeah," Alex added. "There's
never been a shortage of chicks in Sal's life. That's always been
obvious but good luck getting anything out of him, especially
when we were younger. So who knows."
3. Angel tell me something memorable Sal did when he was younger?
Angel
shrugged. "He did a lot of things but one thing that stands out and I'll
never forget. He put in some heavy hours of volunteering to add to
his college apps and one year when I was helping Alex coach his youth
football team he organized this whole Saturday thing and brought
over some of the guys from the adult Down Syndrome home he volunteered
at. We had this big game and barbeque and other games at the park.
And Sal had everything organized down to the wire. It was really cool
them guys really had a good time."
Alex laughed. "I remember that. That's when that guy sacked Romero hard."
They all laughed except for Romero. "I let him!"
"No you didn't." Eric said laughing. "he got you good."
"And he was huge." Angel added.
"All right next question." Romero said.
4. Tell me something you know about Sal that he doesn’t think you know about him.
Alex chuckled. "I'll tell you what I knew even before he ever admitted it. That he was falling for Grace."
Angel turned to him. "You knew before he said anything?"
"Hell yeah." Alex laughed. "He thought he was being so cool about hiding it but I saw right through him."
5. What is the funniest thing Sal has done?
"Try to hide the fact that he was jealous as shit." Alex laughed. "I'm telling you this is how I knew."
"How do you hide that?" Romero asked.
"None
of you do." Eric said shaking his head. "But believe it or not there
are some us who can be a little less blatant about it."
They all stared at Eric as if he were from another planet.
6. What is the most embarrassing thing he has done?
"I
wouldn't call it embarrassing more so than annoying as hell," Alex said
with a frown. "When he disagrees with you then goes on to explain in
detail pointing out exactly why he thinks your wrong."
7. Why do you think he is the last of all of you to find his soul mate?
"Too busy." Angel said.
"Yeah,"
Alex agreed. "Sal's always had a million things going on and since it
all has to be done just right. He didn't have time to get involved in
anything too serious. At least that's what he always said."
8. What kind of women does Sal like?
"I'd say goal oriented. Like him." Eric said.
They all nodded then Romero added with a grin, "And sexy."
Alex and Angel both glared at him.
"What?" Romero lifted his hands. "I can't say she sexy? She is."
"Shut up," Alex said. "Next question."
9. What are some of his favorite things to do?
"Besides organize and delegate you mean?" Alex asked.
"He likes golfing," Romero said.
"And chess," Eric added.
"Camping in the summer,"Angel said.
"Oh yeah." They all agreed.
"Definitely camping," Alex said pensively.
10. This question is for Alex and Angel. What was it like living in the house with him growing up?
They
both chuckled exchanging glances. "Lets see,"Alex started. "Well thank
God we never had to share a room. He would've drove me crazy. He knew
exactly where everything was in his room and anyone who touched his
stuff was toast."
"But
he was a cool big brother."Angel interceded. "Like Romero said. Patient
and since he was always a bit of an overachiever and goal oriented," He
smiled. "He was inspiring."
"Yeah
my big brother," Alex laughed. "The inspiring fool who at one point got
himself in a bigger mess than any of us have ever been in."
"Doh!" Romero said bringing a fist to his mouth. "No shit. I almost forgot about that."
11. What was the one thing he always beat you all at?
One by one they all answered a little perturbed.
"Golf."
"Chess."
"Gettin the payroll and schedules right the first time."
"I beat him by jumping the highest on our bikes that one time." Romero said with a smile.
"No you didn't!" Alex said.
"Yes I did. Don't you remember?"
"I remember you falling on your ass." Eric laughed.
"Which time?"Angel laughed standing up as they all got ready to leave.
Even down the hall you could still
hear Romero arguing. "We'll ask him right now. He'll tell you! I must've been four, five feet off the ground."
"Get the hell out of here!"
They all laughed. "Was that the time you broke my ramp, ass?"
Romero continued to argue their voices trailing off the further they got.

No, it's backwards; sorry. The woman is supposed to be the prim, proper, anal-retentive type and the man is the grumpy scamp who makes her life so miserable that she has no choice but to sleep with him. When did things get reversed?
