Tour Hosted by Stuck In Books
My POV
You can never go wrong with J. Lynn’s (Jennifer L Armentrout)
books. They are always witty, funny, emotional and so dam awesome! I was super
excited to get started on her latest book , Wait For You, and like always it
left me wanting more. So here is what I thought of Wait For You.
I absolutely, positively loved it! Haha Yes I know that
statement is pretty vague but it’s true! This book contains serious situations with a
good dose of wittiness and humor mixed in. It’s a great balance for an emotional
read. There are many fabulous characters scattered throughout the story but let’s
go over the main ones briefly.
Avery Morgansten is suffering in silence years later from a
horrific incident that happen to her when she was only fourteen years old. With
no one to lean on or turn to and a whole town turn against her she has decided
to move states away from home to start a new life at college. She’s a beautiful
person inside and out but her stubbornness had me frustrated when she held on
to her silence when she finally had someone to lean on. I empathized with her need
to keep quiet but if you can’t face your past you most likely can’t have a peaceful
future. It’s definitely a struggle for her throughout the whole book. Again, understandably
so.
Cameron Hamilton is a junior in college with quit a reputation.
Yes I’m sure you guessed it. He’s well know with the ladies but still seem to
treat them well and honestly. He’s a charming, witty, and a blue eyes devil..LOL!
ok he’s really not that devilish but he
does have a way with words. Keeping a girls attention has never been an issue
with him until Avery stumbles into his life.
These two both have issues to come to terms with and it’s
such a crazy emotional ride from beginning to end. It was all worth the pain
and suffering just to see them in a happy comfortable place at the end. Well as
happy as they can be anyway.
I can’t get enough of
Jen’s books and she certainly didn’t disappoint with this new series. The next
book can’t come out soon enough! I can’t wait to get my hands of Teresa’s story!

"I wasn't trying to jump on your back or throw myself at you."
"You weren't" The lopsided grin remained. "Well, that's a shame. If so, it would have made this the best first day of class in history."

Cameron Hamilton grinned at me from behind the wheel, baseball cap on, turned backward. Wisps of dark hair curled up under the band. And he was shirtless--totally shirtless. And from what I could see of him, just his chest, it was a mighty fine chest...

"I'm beginning to think cookies is a code word for something else."
"Maybe it is."..."And just think about it. If cookies was a code word, whatever is symbolizes, it's been in your mouth, sweetheart."

busy writing, which is never, she’s usually hanging out with dog Loki, watching
reruns of The Walking Dead, or procrastinating on the Internet. You can find
